I don't know how this was left behind in my inbox, but -- yes! I'm so glad this is my legacy, lmao, four or five people sent it to me the day it dropped.
The fact that it is both from Remmick's POV and the lyrics are so deliberate.... Peter, I have to know things. I mean I am absolutely leaning into my own confirmation bias (I never lie !!!) about it, but, still.
Today I learned Bert from SINNERS is in a kick ass rock band!
Bert is portrayed by Peter Dreimanis, aka Peter Dreams.
Peter Dreams is not primarily an actor. He is also a cinematographer and primarily a musician. He is the co-founder and co-lead singer of a rock band called JULY TALK. I found out from this post on Instagram.
I'm new to them so I am still exploring their music but so far, one of my early favorites is Push + Pull. I also love their cover of To Hell With Good Intentions.
They are not a new band, their debut album was released in 2012! I like to think I listen to a lot of music, so it's a bit embarrassing for me that I have only recently discovered them. How am I just finding out about this band? They're great!
And their live shows look incredible!
