Sit back, kick your feet up, and prepare to ride the languorous haze and mellow currents of this dreamy sublime tune from U.S. based producer Peter Kuli and Nashville singer songwriter Still Haze. Potion is the duo’s second collaborative release, an analogue-meets-electronic meanderer with atmospheric synths and much gauzy, floaty allure. Still Haze’s smoky drawl and a jazzy surreal pastiche of R&B soul and dreamy bedroom pop lulls us into a deep, reflective trance. Kuli, an 18 year old artist based out of Boston, has already caught the attention of viral YouTube filmmaker Casey Neistat in the few months he’s begun uploading music to online streaming platforms.
