Lost media makes me so mad.
What do you mean I found a show where Terry Jones talks about intriguing literature with authors?
The ONE episode I could find they talk about:
Literature about Gaia, hypnosis, UFOs, The Sex Pistols, Anarchy, how people shouldn’t own resources and that everyone should have access to said resources
Hypnosis was also practiced (that scene was cut out for some reason) they conversed about it afterwards and apparently Terry cried during his session
He also allegedly saw a UFO when he was younger
Praying the whole series pops up some day soon.
Show is called Paperbacks (1981)

Style, that enigmatic ingredient of good taste, has woven an elusive thread through the volatile history of Hong Kong. More than any other, this city has stood at the crossroads of East and West, its identity evolving amid often conflicting currents. Since emerging from colonial rule, Hong Kong has increasingly embraced its Chinese origins, drawing on old and tenacious roots. This copiously illustrated volume delves into the diverse and intangible influences behind Hong Kong's faade, exploring the varied elements that contribute to its particular lan. Hong Kong Style is concerned not with the private domain of exclusive domiciles, but with the wholly accessible style reflecting the personality of Hong Kong as it has evolved over the last 160 years.

Arthur—PBS’s top-rated, animated children’s series based on the popular books by Marc Brown—is a show about growing up, exploring the world, and finding your place. Produced for three-to-eight year olds, Arthur focuses on that time of life when children find inner strengths, learn to make choices for themselves, and take responsibility for them. Arthur guides his young audience through energetic, emotional stories that deal with real “kid’s issues,” timeless difficulties and situations that all children face. Above all, Arthur tells stories from a child’s point of view, with out moralizing or talking down, and empowers children to work through their own problems. Intelligently created for broadcast by executive producers Carol Greenwald and Peter Moss with producers Geoff Adams, Marc Brown, Cassandra Schafhausen, Lesley Taylor, and Pierre Valette, and director Greg Bailey, Arthur has educated both children and parents alike for decades.
