PETER SNOW (b1938-).British radio and television presenter and historian,best known for regularly providing political analysis on UK General Election live broadcasts on ITV and later on BBC,most notably with his predictions with the use of the famous ‘swingometer’ invented and inherited from prior election host Robert McKenzie. He is also a notable presenter on historical documentaries alongside his son,the historian Dan Snow,on BBC shows such as Battlefield Britain,and 20th Century Battlefields.
