"Noah you up for a game of -"

"Fireworks!" There were times, Noah was still five years old on the fourth of July, astounded that someone would actually legalize the ability to set explosions off in the sky. He stood there, in the field, his eyes not on his father.

"Boy, I will throw this ball to make another Funniest Home Video."

"That's not even funny."

"But it's true. You want me to have your mom pull out proof?"

Noah looks down from the sky and at his father. "You know I haven't thrown a ball in years."

"Afraid your old man's got a little more game then you?"

"Do you write down really weord things to that sound uncomfortable out of context?"

"That was a mouthful for you."

"Stop."

"I've got a book. What else do you think I do in my free time?" Peter grins tossing the ball in the air before throwing it in Noah's direction.

"You got'a nineteen year old that keeps you plenty busy." Noah catches the ball, his smile fading from hearing his own words.

"Like father like son."
