Petpifightic: A petumpic neogender related to one being disoriented, feverish and in need of medical assistant, fighting pits and having to fight to keep surviving; winning to keep getting resources like proper food & water instead of scraps, medical attention, and care and losing to be punished and having your wounds get infected from the lack of medical attention. It may feel raw and adrenaline pumping, and at the same time fear inducing, extremely disorienting and difficult to comprehend, like a fever dream in itself.
