Their parents are getting divorced & dad was going to take them but backed out- after mom signed a lease & is moving into a new apartment that doesn't allow them. It's not so simple, mom just can't pick up mid-move because she has a toddler & 7 month old baby. Logan & Mya literally have no place to go except the shelter. Unless we can help. Logan is an 11 month old purebred german shepherd & Mya is a 3yr old pitbull mix. They literally love everyone they meet. Big people small people tiny people all size other dogs & even kittens. "Stranger" & "Agression" are two words that'll get you a puzzled head tilt from both of them. They're not in Logan & Mya's vocabulary. Both are extremely smart & know all of their manners & commands. Need a kitchen helper? Logan will shut cupboards, doors & the refrigerator for you if you say "close". Logan & Mya have no idea their world as they know it is about to be shattered. We know their hearts will heal- together- in a new, loving home. All they're about to have left is each other, & they're very bonded. The family & children they love more than anything is about to be lost to them. We don't want Logan & Mya to lose their lives as well. Please consider giving these two extraordinary souls a home. Finally, we all know an 11 month old german shepherd has a great chance of being adopted. But how would you like to watch your only remaining family & best friend who happens to be a pit bull mix be taken away & euthanized as you walk off w/ your new family? It's unimaginable. Let's save them both. Together. They are spayed & neutered, up to date on all of their vaccinations & heartworm negative. They're also microchipped. Mya is about 60lbs & Logan is about 70lbs.
