The sprawling center of bustle that is Web original started as a five way crossroad between Lith Forest Pass East (toward Maplebrook and Herdson River), Lith Forest Pass South (to Moundsview), Pettle Settlement (now Petal), the haunted north and the dreadful south.
250 years ago all that stood in Web’s footprint was a knot of dirt road and pathways and the small riverside trading post known in all directions as “The Spider Web” run by a rook family by the name Candycotton.
