This is incorrect, they're all also actually 6 mana 4CD 4/4s. Just a thought, not really a complaining : )

How do Regeneration and "damage can't be prevented" interact? Yesterday in prel I wanted to use Arrow Storm (with raid) on a Rakshasa Deathdealer. What should have happened?
Regeneration works fine here.
Regeneration doesn't prevent damage, it replaces the creature being destroyed by it.
At Regular REL (ie Prerelease) am I allowed to take notes during matches and when? For example, if I get to see opponent's hand (with Dragon's Eye Savants) am I allowed to write down his hand' content? Thanks
Yes.
You can take notes at any time, you just can't reference notes from outside the current match unless you're between games.
