Phalanstère.
(12016 HE)
Come one, come all, to the place we are free; Come one, come all, from worlds of misery!
Within these halls, every mind increased; Within these rooms, all passions released! Floors of Labor rose, walls Eutopian gray; On the other wing, hear the children play…
Lo Wisdom, ward off fascist thieves of youth! Compassion and Science shall be our Truth.
Here, in the library, each brainchild nourished; In caravansary, how laughter flourished! Equal in labor and loftier in play, We while our shared Eutopian days away…
Fast and steady that shining city hill'd! Comradeship and Reason shall be our shield.
A piece of Earth captured fabled Heaven above; Society of thinkers and tinkers and free love! Much wonder what shall here be born en masse: A shared new world created free of class…
And so hence we are free at last.
Come one, come all, to the place we are we; Come one, come all, to the Phalanstèry!
