Any advice on fleas? I've tried multiple store sprays, flea baths, and have been vacuuming and sweeping twice daily yet two weeks after first noticing fleas, I'm still finding 25 to 30 a day on my cat. He's on frontline atm and got his dose 2 weeks ago. Going to the vet tomm, but just wondered if you had any input.
ooof, my sympathies :( fleas are just. the fucking worst.
so Frontline hasn’t been working great for the last few years, at least in my area. Fleas become resistant to various flea preventatives as time goes on. They may have become frontline-proof in your area too. I’ve been using cheristin and comfortis at home and work. It’s the same chemical, and it works pretty well. The primary difference is the delivery system: comfortis is an oral medication and requires a vet prescription. Cheristin is a spot-on and doesn’t require a prescription.
since it’s been so close since his last treatment, you’ll definitely have to ask the vet for further advice.
