To the anon that's demisexual and has panic attacks: Have you fully explained the definition of demisexual to them? There is no reason for them to not believe you, just means you get to know the person before you're sexually attracted. Also, they're really unsupportive if they can't even simply help you calm down from an anxiety attack! Please sit down with them and calmly explain everything, and please dump them if the situation continues! (My ask is always open!)
