The New Rolls Royce Phantom 8.
The new Phantom 8 completely redefines luxury; the car is truly a piece of rolling art. Naturally, the build quality is what you’d expect from a Rolls Royce, flawless. After an initial six years in development, the Phantom 8 leads the way for a new generation of cars for the company, built on a new bespoke aluminium spaceframe architecture.
The long outdated interior of the Phantom 7 has been replaced accordingly; a new infotainment leads the charge of new features, with updated graphics and an easy to operate system. Probably the most striking however, is the addition of the Gallery. A glass portion of the dashboard which allows owners to display pieces of artwork of their choice; these cars are now more unique than ever. This allows the cars to have a personal connection to the owners.
The exterior has been beautifully sculpted, with designers taking inspiration from luxury yachts, creating quite a powerful silhouette. Under the bonnet, the Rolls sports an all new version of their V12, sporting twin turbo charges, making 563bhp and taking the car to 60mph in 5.3 seconds. The usual 155mph limited top speed is present, naturally. Who wants to be setting records in a Phantom?
All in all, the new Phantom is a thing of pure beauty, offering more of an experience than its rivals can offer. The only negative, the price is expected to exceed £400,000, but anyone considering a Phantom isn’t going to be bothered about a measly £400,000, right?
