re: movie marlie, charlie is ~12 in 1982 in the film which means she was born in 1969-70. if michael is 12-13 in 1983 in the games this implies that they are roughly the same age

Sure thing I’m going to be doing it for the games au.

So Marla was one of Charlie’s closest friends when she was alive. Marla was the person Charlie could trust absolutely without any shadow of a doubt.

After Charlie’s death Marla was the person who was trying to look after the friend group with checking up on them.

She babysat a lot of kids and some of them were even the mci kids like Cassidy and Gabriel.

At first when she realised she was having a crush on Michael she tried very hard to bury it as she thought it was disrespectful to Charlie’s memory.

Of course that didn’t last as after Michael’s night at the fnaf 2 location after the bite of 87 the two started dating.

Marla went to medical school to be a nurse which she did end up being.

Marla was unaware of Michael’s night job being Freddy’s as he was already working a fine job in the day.

After Jessica and Sammy’s wedding Marla was ready to propose to Michael and reveal that she was pregnant. Unfortunately that didn’t end up happening for a lot of reasons as you know.

Marla was a single parent for a long time taking care of Charlotte and didn’t want to have another relationship. That was until 2008 when she met a nice guy called Corey and the two began dating and had another daughter called Cassie in 2013.

After Sammy announced he was remaking Fazbear’s after fnaf 6 Marla was the only person who fully supported him as she understood his reasoning.

(Also she’s totally supportive of Cassie’s crush on Gregory and teases her for it and is very happy when the two are dating plus byyyyeeee)

What happened to your fnaf ships one shot thing on ao3?

Motivation and requests weren’t descriptive enough.

The main reason I did it was because I wanted to delve into other ships but the more important reason at the time was that in the Michael Afton/Charlie Emily tag the most popular fic was an aftoncest one that got a bunch of hits. I wanted to get rid of it being number one so I did the requests.

At first it was fun but after a while the requests just turned into Cassidy x Evan only and I had no motivation to carry on and now that the aftoncest fic got deleted last year I don’t feel the need to continue it especially since escaping tragedy is the most viewed Marlie Fic and I don’t want to really ruin that.

I have been debating on either finishing the fic at 45 chapters since that’s a good standing ground or just completely orphaning the fic cause I just don’t have the drive to do it right now

Right so the Carlton thing was mostly from the headcanon that Carlton is lgbt with me personally thinking he’s pan but prefers men over women and I just wanted to share that but you can change his sexuality as this is your au after all.

So I hinted at it due to you saying in your post about Carlton that him and Marla wouldn’t have lasted that much longer if they were alive.

So I had the thought that Carlton had this massive crush on John and eventually he would have dumped Marla because of it but didn’t due to the whole death thing. That was what I was hinting at. Obviously this doesn’t have to be canon to your au but I just thought it would be a little thing to add.

Does your version of puppet Charlie and dead Michael ever meet if so how does it go?

Well now that you mention it I think it’s best if I go in order of them being in the same facility as each other to lead up to fnaf 6.

Fnaf 2’s location Michael was only there for one night that being night 7 after witnessing the bite of 87 with Jeremy right in front of his eyes. It was basically a suicide mission that Henry, Sammy, Jessica and especially Marla were trying to get him out of but Michael refused as he kept on saying that he needed to be there to a) turn off the animatronics b) make sure no one enters the place and gets killed because of them.

(20/20 mode is the animatronics at their most deadliest as Henry programmed it in their in case of a really really bad robbery. He didn’t know that of course the suits were haunted which could take over the level modes.)

During that night at 4am Michael was pinned down with everyone there apart from Charlie. They waited until the music box went down and waited for Charlie to kill who they thought to be William for good.

After being freed from the music box Charlie entered the office and pinned Michael on the floor before noticing something. Michael was trembling and there was a slight outline of a scar Michael had when he was a teen.

It was then when Charlie realised that William wasn’t the night guard and hadn’t been for a while. Realising that her crush best friend wasn’t save she turned on the other animatronics helping Michael shut them down in the process. After everything Michael looked towards the Puppet the only pure animatronic from the Fredbear era and thanked it. Charlie didn’t respond instead she went back into the music box. Michael would leave the building before running into Jessica and talking to her about everything. (This tiny bit isn’t important but I just want to mention it as it’s a scene that I’ve had in my mind for a long time and it just adds to my Jessica and Michael a bit so if you ask later on I would be more than happy to give details on it)

Fnaf 1:

This one not much happens apart from Charlie being the one who hangs up the newspapers and the weird paintings around the place trying to signal to Michael that the place is haunted.

Fnaf 3:

So Michael is zombie Michael here but the two don’t meet as Charlie is busy planting seeds for Evan’s happiest day which does happen while Michael is keeping William at bay. Michael burns the place down while Charlie fights William as the place burns down but flees after William gets stuck under some rubble.

Fnaf 6:

The two don’t know about each other until the fire. When they do Charlie and Michael embrace on another in a hug with them finally admitting their feelings for each other with Michael mentioning that he and Marla were together for a bit and had a daughter they name Charlotte after her. The two then walked through the burning building trying to find Henry only to find a weeping Elizabeth who had been left for dead by William. The two talked to Elizabeth as the two knew that she had been manipulated by William. The three burned together with Elizabeth passing on surrounded by her true family. Charlie didn’t pass on due to Cassidy. While Michael… let’s just say you can look at are mimic discussion and a certain friendly bear that helps out a kid for what happened to Michael ;)

Okay so here we go. (Also doing the Emily’s, mci kids, Phone guy, Jeremy and Charlie’s friends)

William: Pan Demi. He didn’t experience kindness until he met Henry at College (or uni in William’s case got Henry went to England to study) when the two were roommates. He definitely started exploring his sexuality then and thought he was gay until meeting Clair. He has a to make a good connection with someone before dating them which is why he only loved Clair and Henry.

Clair: Bisexual with a male lean. She dated Henry for a bit, dated Hannah for a bit while Henry was in college and married William.

Michael: he’s either bi or straight depending on the au. (If it’s female Michael then she’s straight up a lesbian)

Elizabeth: Lesbian

Evan: Bi Demi. Doesn’t really explore his sexuality compared to everyone in his family as he’s just down bad for Cassidy for most of his life but he does find some of his male friends attractive and would definitely get into a relationship with them if he wasn’t so down bad for Cassidy.

Emily’s:

Aunt Jen: Bisexual. You know about that so I won’t go into too much detail

Henry: Bisexual. He definitely had a small crush on William during their college years but his feelings for Hannah were way stronger.

Hannah: Bisexual

Charlie: Straight (unless if in the au where Michael is a girl she is a lesbian disaster)

Sammy: Straight

Mci kids:

Cassidy: Bisexual with a female lean. She thought she was a lesbian for a while as she dated only girls and thought that boys were gross until she realised that she really loved Evan lol.

Susie: Lesbian.

Gabriel: Straight

Phone Guy: Pan. Had a small crush on both William and Henry but eventually found a wife and had a family.

Jessica: Emily-Sexual. But on a real though she’s bi. She would happily date Charlie and Sammy but Charlie’s straight so she ends up with Sammy (unless if Charlie is a lesbian then she ends up with her and Michelle half the time)

Marla: Straight.

John: Bi but he has a strong female lean that he doesn’t even know he likes men most of the time.
