Yknow with all the FGC discourse surrounding anime characters getting into fighting games what with Yujiro in Tekken, Kenshiro in CoTW, and Lucy in Guilty Gear. I just gotta, ask does anyone remember that game Phantom Breaker with Kurisu from Steins;Gate as a playable character?

My Darling's Embrace's meta humour is really fucking good but I think the best joke is probably when they have Suzuha dress up as a character from a fighting game made by the company behind Steins;Gate who also happens to be voiced by Suzuha's voice actor

ファントムブレイカー I played this game with a friend, and we both found it more enjoyable than we expected. This game deserves more recognition. Fans of UNI or Chaos Code might pick it up quickly. Even as complete beginners, just mashing buttons like in an action game felt strong enough to be challenging for both of us, which is great. Being able to land combos easily is really satisfying. But once you start learning counters and using game knowledge, you realize you need to understand this game's unique system.

It's a shame that this game is so unknown.
