Alias: Black Hand, Wilbur Palm, Black Glove, Entity
Description: The Black Hand is a 5′7 Human male.
When he is in his suit, which is made entirerly out of Body Bags. Is copletly black with a mask and cape, with a triangle symbol on his forhead and chest, which might have magic meaning.
Powers: The Power Rod, a light manipulation device specifically designed to hurt Lantern Corps.
Update: After an encounter with something (possibly aliens, evidence inconclusive) he gained a new power as well as a new a arm (which he had lost a few months earlier to the Spirit of Vengeance) he gained the power of Life-Force Absorption.
Items and Artifacts: The Power Rod.
The Black Book, A book were he writes down all of his crimes.
-Item gives power: Has the power inside it.
-Item Side effects: Points towards no.
Weakness: Life-Force Depletion, need others Life-Force, unclear if this works on Ghosts.

Allies: No, none, absolutley not.
Enemies: Green Lantern, Green Arrow, The Spirit of Vengeance light users in general.
Goals: To extinquish the light.
Death lover, corpses specifically.
Living Status: Not anymore.
Incident Report: We fought him after he had got his arm back he attempted to drain O2 and O10, before O1 managed to banish him.
After some rest O10 was ok, but it seems after some health checks O2 mght have lost 1-2 years of her life force.
Unclear if this can be fixed.
Addendum 1 : After a fight with The Green Lantern, Green Arrow and the Spirit of Vengeance he lost his arm.
He possibly retired to live in a open grave.
Addendum 2: He returned with a new arm and new powers, O1 decided on banishment instead of letting him touching anyone.
Addendum 3: He is showing severe mental unstability.
He shows signs of hearing voices.
Addendum 4: He murdered his entire family with his power rod before commiting suicide the same way.

Description: The Box Ghost appears as a short, somewhat round man with blue skin and short black hair. He wears gray overalls, a gray hat, light gray gloves, a light gray undershirt, and dark gray shoes.
Powers: Standard Ghost Powers.
Telekenisis- The power to control and manipulate boxes, wood, carboard whatever.
Items: For a short time he had control over Pandoras box. He became a mild threat.
Weakness: Incompetence and general weirdness.
Allies: Lunch Lady Ghost.
Enemies: Pandora, O3, O4, Klemper.
Goals: Gather as many boxes as possibly, Getting Pandoras Box.
Obsession: Boxes, all of them.
Status: Mostly free in the Ghost Zone.
Incident Report: Over 35 of them.........
Addendum: 10 years from now, we might need to check on him reguarly.
Description: Brain in jar with wheels, voice mudulation and lights.
Powers: Massive genius level.
Allies: Monsiour Mallah (See M) Brotherhood of E.
Enemies: The Doom Patrol, Teen Titans.
Obsession: Dr. Niles Caulder, the one who he sees as responisible for loosing his body.
Status: Unknown Location.
Incident Report: Stopped a kidnapping attempt, but later info and things that were said at the moment points that it was an info gathering mission for the Brain.
Addendum 1: Will get into contact with the Teen Titans to exchange info.
Addendum 2: The Brain has gone through upgrades
