I've been working on some personal projects (for the fam too). One includes writing down a bunch of poetry in a book for use in a costume. This little bit of poetry has been playing over, and over again in my mind - not just because I've rewritten it a bazillion times! . I don't know exactly what it means, but I interpret it as meaning that by enjoying even the littlest of things we have the power to slow time. It really resonates with me. I mean... I'm pretty sure we've all experienced that before, right? A moment in life that was so sweet and so perfect that it seemed to outrun time itself. Eternity in an hour. . In these dark times, it is especially important to appreciate the little things, the people and the moments of good in our day to day life. And not only that, it is important to be that beautiful wild flower amidst a field of dead grass... provide that glimmer of hope, shine down rays of Heaven on earth. I know it can be easy to get frustrated when you're stuck in one place for so long and surrounded by so much doom and gloom... but remember that contributing to the darkness wont help bring about a positive change. Be the light in the darkness for your family, your friends, your community and the world. As @brendonburchard says... "bring the joy." We need that now more than ever. 🖤 .
