Ana and Widow are all but confirmed to have directly swapped roles in Mirrorwatch. (Ana is no longer missing an eye and Widow has a prosthetic one)
Ana's husband was long dead by the time Widow got brainwashed in the main canon, so we could reason the same would be true in Mirrorwatch.
A brainwashed Ana killing a family member would likely still be a part of her backstory
Ana may have killed her own daughter in Mirrorwatch.
