I'm the same way with food. I don't actually say I'm allergic but I want to because people are obnoxious about me trying stuff. I do try new foods but it always on my own terms so I hate it when people pester me.

yeah, i dont mind! i like to help other ppl and i mean, i use way different processes than what i was taught or told from others... bc it works best for me... kinda a combination of several things yknow. i dont feel like it would threaten me as an artist to share stuff

What are you currently trying to improve on?

im trying to work on people, im in a life drawing course at the local art gallery rn... i think i have faces down but bodies & posing is still like :////////

Do you like to draw in silence, or with music?

i cant imagine living life in general in silence, lifes too short for that. i have a huge music library on spotify & i have a few playlists on youtube. a lot of the time i end up listening to lets plays and documentaries as well as music... i do end up drawing in silence a lot at school in my studio courses and it makes me kind of irritable, rip in peace

20: what are the promises you've made to yourself?

Finish writing certain stories, try to keep up with Inktober, start doing commissions online, various others. Unfortunately, promises made to myself aren’t well-kept. But I have been doing a lot of traditional drawing for Inktober.

29: if you had to change your name to something else, what would you change it to? why?

Neri would be the best choice practically because I already respond to it when called, and many friends call me that already. However, I prefer it as a nickname and probably wouldn’t go with it. I think Emily or Erika would be nice though.

Dear Mai:  

Words cannot express how much you mean to me, and I think I’ve said that enough times for you to be sick of hearing it. You came in at such a vulnerable point in my life, and gave me hope in my lonely life, and I don’t think I can ever properly repay that. 

On top of that you’re an amazing friend to this day and I wish the best for you. Don’t forget I love you, even when it seems like you’re worthless because you aren’t.
