The drug delivery technology has become vastly competitive and rapidly evolving. More and more developments in delivery systems are being assimilated to elevate the efficacy and cost effectiveness of the therapy. To govern the delivery rate of active pharmaceutical agents to a predetermined site inside the body has been one of the biggest challenges faced by the drug industry. Microsponge releases its active pharmaceutical ingredient in a time mode and also in response to other stimuli rubbing, temperature, pH, etc. . Microsponge drug delivery technology offers entrapment of active pharmaceutical ingredients and is believed to contribute towards reduced side effects, improved stability, increased elegance, and enhanced formulation flexibility. In addition, number of studies have confirmed that microsponges systems are non irritating, non mutagenic, non allergenic, and non toxic. Microsponge technology is being used currently in a wide range of formulations.
In December 2019 in Wuhan, China the pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus SARS CoV 2 is a highly contagious disease. The World Health Organization WHO has declared the current rash as a global public health emergency. Currently, the research on novel coronavirus is immobile in the primary stage. Created on the recent published evidence, In this review systematically summarizes the epidemiology, clinical characteristics, diagnosis, treatment and prevention of knowledge surrounding COVID 19 also the ayurvedic treatments are placed. In this literature review, the causative agent, pathogenesis and immune responses, epidemiology, diagnosis, treatment and management of the disease, control and preventions strategies are all reviewed. This review in the anticipation of helping the public effectively recognize and deal with the 2019 novel coronavirus SARS CoV 2 , also providing a reference for future studies.

Advancement in science and technology has brought a remarkable change in the field of drug discovery. Earlier it was very difficult to predict the target for receptor but nowadays, it is easy and robust task to dock the target protein with ligand and binding affinity is calculated. Docking helps in the virtual screening of drug along with its hit identification. There are two approaches through which docking can be carried out, shape complementary and stimulation approach. There are many procedures involved in carrying out docking and all require different software's and algorithms. Molecular docking serves as a good platform to screen a large number of ligands and is useful in Drug-DNA studies. This review mainly focuses on the general idea of molecular docking and discusses its major applications, different types of interaction involved and types of docking.

It is a complex structure of several morphological components that act as unit and has several functions, from protecting of skins to sexual and social communications. In literature, there are various study about hair that take into consideration different aspects within many fields of science, including biology, dermatology, cosmetics ,forensic science and medicine. These review the formulations and mode of action of hair cosmetics, summarized the principal anatomical and physiological aspect of different types of human hair, hair growth cycle, hair porosity. This review could be the basic improvement and progression in the field of hair research.
