On the one hand I understand people being like YEEEEEAH WOO over First Aid killing Pharma but on the other hand. Ough. Like I know First Aid was talking about wanting to kill him beforehand, and how it wouldn't make him better than them or win. But. That's not the point was it? Because as soon as he does kill him, he's horrified, it shatters him for a long time. It's not just because Ambulon died, but Pharma did too. At his own hands. Sure in the moment he killed him out of anger but how are you supposed to feel the second that anger disappears and you realize you were the one who killed the last friend you had for a long time in a place like Delphi? Sure, he makes some friends on Lost Light, but before Ambulon dies? Not really. He's not a guy who gets close to people, after all. So in that moment, First Aid really had killed the last friend he had, even if he knew he'd done horrible things he could never forgive, and it didn't even feel good to do it. So I can never be happy First Aid killed Pharma, because he didn't get revenge. He just lost everything instead

How do they have a bean?Pharma and First Aid have been bonded Conjunx for a while when they first discuss starting a family. After a while, they finally decide to try in earnest. It goes very well, and when they check the next morning, First Aid has two little stars orbiting his spark.Would they have one bean or more than one bean? If more, how many?What’s the bean’s shape? Size?The sentio the sparks are placed in form two little oval-shaped babies, just the right size for being held in their dads’ arms. Pharma and First Aid name them Lux and Nocturne.Is their bean an exceptionally cuddly squishy blob or no?They’re definitely cuddlebugs. Once they get a little older and more mobile, they start to be more rambunctious and independent, but they always come back from their adventures for hugs and quiet time.Does their bean have basic protoform appendages (chevron, finials, wings, etc.) forming yet?Lux gets limbs first, starting with her arms. She scoots around while Nocturne complains squeakily at her. They also develop chevrons fairly quickly.How much is their bean dependent on them?Not more than usual, although they don’t mind getting picked up to go exploring instead of having to get about by themselves. Nocturne had some trouble with undeveloped vents early on, and had to be monitored closely until the issue resolved itself.Who does the bean take after more physically?Pharma. They’re both sleek, durable, sporty-looking muscle cars with prominent doorwings and windshields that could pass for cockpits. Lux is blue and white, while Nocturne is red with white and gold accents. They’re both as tall as Pharma, and Lux is taller than Nocturne.Personality-wise, who is the bean more like?That depends on who you ask. As protoforms, they’re both sort of sweet and stubborn by turns; it gets more complicated as they grow older. Nocturne is sociable, but reserved and with a sharpness to his gaze. Lux is loud, outgoing, and generally ignores most formalities and social hierarchies with an easy grace. They are both mischievous and have tongues that are sharp as new scalpels.How does their bean interact with other grown mechs?Either they like someone or they don’t. They like most people and will allow themselves to be held or babysat for an hour or so by pretty much anyone on the ship. If they don’t like you, however, they turn into little ice cubes that bite.How does their bean interact with other protoforms?Fairly well, although they start most of the squabbles they’re involved in. They have very strong personalities, which is something that their dads have to help them work through as they become children and then young adults.What sounds does their bean make? Are they quiet, make low booping, high beepings, or are they a wee lil screecher?Lots of singing and nonsense words. They’ll screech for attention and laugh when mechs jump. Lux is definitely the louder of the two.How does their bean move about?Zoomies. First Aid keeps putting up pillow walls to contain them and they both keep bulldozing them down.Where and how often does their bean like to snooze?As long as they’re tucked in together, they’ll sleep. This persists into younglinghood; Pharma suspects they may be split sparks in some way, although he isn’t worried about it or interested in pursuing it further.
