"Mount Gold" - one of the biggest names in Photoshop art @phase_runner launched a contest for the #phaserunnercommunity where anyone can finish the artwork that he started. Here's my entry into the competition. I came up with this story of a native tribe on a distant planet who worshipped a mountain seeping with gold. For centuries natives of planet Huion worshiped a mountain seeping with gold. They did not care for the value of the sap. They made nor crowns nor jewlery. For them it was as if the blood of the gods were flowing through the mountain. Glissening every morning as sun beams touched upon them. Then, they came. Carrying advanced technology they started minning the mountain ripping it appart. They did not care for the beliefs of the natives. The gold sap of the mountain was not godly to them. They did not fear the gods. Nor the natives. Their technology was far beyond the comprehension of the natives. But the natives did not fight. They had not known war. Their lives were built on peace and balance. In a way they were blind to the atrocities that the invaders were commiting. And the grim future that would lead in ages to come. Hope you guys like it!
