Illustration - Pheodre - genderbent version

A female version of an original character Pheodre (Isarei) in Hanfu performing a tea ceremony. :) Personally, I *much* prefer the Chinese Hanfu (Han clothing) to the Changpao (commonly referred to as "Cheongsam") which is actually a Manchurian type of dress. Historically-speaking, the Manchurian rulers forced all Chinese (majority of them of Han descent) to take on Manchurian dress and hairstyles (the queues/cues/pigtails) at the beginning of the Qing Dynasty. I support the Hanfu Revival~ XD

The Han Chinese are very different from the Manchurians; personally, saying that they are all the same (because they are Chinese) would be akin to saying a Bostonian and a Californian are all the same "because they are both American"... =3= ...just saying~ If anyone is interested, it is available for sale at https://gum.co/kZqEj .
