This week Rugrats in Paris turns 25, which feels like the right time to say I think it's the best Nickelodeon film to date. Although I gotta say, the first SpongeBob movie and Jimmy Neutron are some incredibly close competition. I felt it was appropriate to do a redraw of the poster, but truthfully it didn't end up looking as distinct as I expected. I guess that's what happens when you have even the poster vivid in your memory.
Rugrats in Paris was one of films I've seen most on my life; it was also one of the first few I'd actually commit to sit and watch in full as a kid. The only others I remember being that level of obsessed with as a kid were Elmo in Grouchland and Blue's Big Musical Movie, and I'd watch all three over and over, presumably to the point that it probably drove my family bonkers.
