More shots of the cast of Comedians from the London Revival at the Lyric Hammersmith, 2009
On Thursday, New Jersey's Democratic-run state legislature passed a bill to automatically register eligible voters when they obtain or renew their driver's license or state ID card, unless they opt out. This bill now goes to Democratic Gov. Phil...
Comedians press night and afterparty at the Lyric Hammersmith
Promo video for the London revival of Comedians at the Lyric Hammersmith, 2009. Features Reece Shearsmith and Mark Benton doing a little dance.
OK, last Comedians post in the queue!
In 1979 the play was filmed as a Play for Today if you want to do what I do, and watch Reece-less recordings/film versions of plays that Reece was in and try and picture him in the role 😅😅😅

Trevor Griffith's Comedians
In 2009, Reece was part of the cast of Comedians at the Lyric Hammersmith.
He and Mark Benton were a comedy double act who were also brothers (Reece played the Angry One), and their act featured one of them pretending to be a ventriloquist's dummy. (Shades of BCDR…)
Another IN9 connection is Matthew Kelly - who guest starred in Boo to a Goose.
This is the role that Reece grew a 70s-style stache for, BTW. More pics coming up in the queue 😊
So there is Phil. I knew he was up to something...
