Spotted another local building construction nearby which adopted the beamless PT flat slabs and brace frames over traditional methods specially for premier developments like the Twelve Luxury Flats in San Juan. You'd be surprised to find that this economic approach is not so rare an occurance afterall in most high-end condo products here in the Philippines.
