got broken last 2021. literally. figuratively. spine injury. slipped disc. it has to be my toughest year to date. the therapy sessions, breakdowns, pipe dream bouts, twas a crazy year. still on recovery mode. it’s one deym long process. not complaining. it’s still progress no matter how slow i guess. still hell bent on getting back to a better form.
kintsugi. broken into better shape.

bday. got myself a back injury and that cancelled all the plans for the rest of the week. pulled a muscle from playing tennis. first injury in years of doing sports and adventures. pain was too much it left me lying on the sofa. can barely moved for hours. thought it was the spine and that worried me. good thing its just muscle. got muscle spasms even with the slightest movements and it was excruciating everytime. a laugh or sneeze would stiffen my back and the soreness would leave me gasping in sheer pain.
big thanks to a doctor friend, ninay. got some meds finally, and it helped big time.
