okay hi this has been sitting in my inbox for a good long while and it's because this answer required my full attention and thought:

i am of the good and correct opinion that glenn could pull off any outfit he chooses to wear. like, he's got the charisma for it. i think he could make anything work if he wanted to.

now, here's the thing. i think that, for suits specifically, there is a sliding scale of comfort that affects how well it can work. i also think that it has to be context-specific. like he could have the confidence to pull off a really fancy outfit if the situation really called for it or if he was emulating a specific look, but if those factors are not in place, it would feel rather stuffy on his end. and his go-to suit, however the situation should arise, would probably be worn kind of casually. the sort of thing where the jacket is optional and hangs over his shoulders if he's wearing it at all, and he's really pushing it with how many shirt buttons can be unbuttoned, y'know?

so there are some that are basically identical to the english versions, but here are some fun words to call people you don't like in German:

Arschgeige - literally means ass violin. No idea why we have this word but you can totally call someone that. Definitely more on the whimsical side of things

Nervensäge - literally means nerve saw, refers to someone who gets on your nerves

Wichser - person who jerks off. Like "masturbator" But from a more vulgar root. You can just call anyone you don't like a Wichser, but it's a pretty strong insult

Vollpfosten - literally means total post, like a fence post. Refers to a person who doesn't get something. Relatively mild.

Pissnelke - this is a regional German word for dandelion but also it has the word piss in it, so you can use it as an insult. Also more on the whimsical side of things.

Spaßbremse - brake of fun (brake as in car brake), referring to someone who is currently ruining everyone's fun. Kinda like a party pooper. Pretty mild, you can refer to someone who you're friends with as a Spaßbremse in jest when they're interfering with your goofy affairs

Horst- okay so this is just a German name (famously Horst Seehofer the shitty former minister of agriculture, although the insult predates him) but for some reason you can also use it as an insult, as in "Du Horst!" ("Your Horst")

Flitzpiepe - no earthly idea what this even means but it's from Berlin and refers to someone who you're not taking serious. Kind of in a "you suck, but you are so far below me you are hardly worth noticing" sorta way.

omggg yay i get to talk abt harvey !!! he's a grey tuxedo american shorthair (i think lmao) and he's abt 9 years old !! he's a grumpy old man :)) he's actually the family cat but he spends the most time in my bedroom and i take care of his food and kitty litter and stuff like that. i recently developed a cat allergy but he's way more important so i just have to suffer through it LMAO. also he's not named after the stardew character (he's a bit older than the game itself afaik) and is actually named after the suits character harvey specter since the character wears a grey suit and our cat's pattern makes it look like he's wearing a suit. my parents were watching suits when we got him but they literally dont care abt the show anymore lmao. harvey's actually on my desk rn as i type this so lemme see if i can get him to contribute:
