As I walked up to Sam and Maria they met me with a grin and confessed, “We actually thought this was a scam.” I approached them on Instagram a few weeks earlier as each June, for the 7th consecutive year, we approach Philly couples in love and award a few with a couples themed shoot. Sam and Maria have been together for 8 years and told me they’ve never done a shoot like this so I thought they were a perfect choice. I laughed and said, “Nope. This is really real.” Over the next two hours we had a blast and I can’t wait to share their finished gallery with them. Hopefully some of these pieces end up on their wall! . . .
