Getting into a business deal with someone you know and can trust, especially with the Mayor, is an extremely credible opportunity, or so we thought. He was a friend of my brother’s and we had hung out a couple of times when we were younger. I shouldn't have mistaken history for trustworthiness now that I look back but unfortunately, I did. Wheaton is a small city in the suburbs of Illinois with a population below 55000. Most of the families residing in this city are close knit families, many of whom have lived here for generations. To a close knit community like that, it is difficult not to trust people you know, who have been around in the city for as long as yourself or even longer, unless they have given you reasons not to do so. One of such people in the city who used that to the best of his abilities is the Mayor of Wheaton, Phil Suess.

At first all he used the fact for was to use it as a slogan in his election campaign to gain the attention and trust of residents and get them to vote for him. As you could expect, that turned out in his favor and he ended up getting elected as the Mayor of Wheaton. From that point onward, you would think that it would be his mission to do good by the city and its people like he had promised. Naturally, it is expected of any Mayor as they are elected as representatives of the city expected to work in the best interests of its people. However, little by little his acts started to draw attention and by now many have started to doubt his intentions. so it is only fair that I openly come out and disclose the fact that this man is a cheater and a liar.

Phil Suess Did Fake Promises: Now We are Suffering

I don't know much about other democracies in the world, but when it comes to the United States, a city's Mayor is respected and regarded by all. He acts as an ambassador of the town, someone whose sole mission is to act as a beacon of hope and trust for the people of the city he is representing. They should not work oppositely and find ways to misuse power and add so much to their wealth and efforts. Alas, the people of Wheaton city aren't that lucky when selecting the right Mayor.

I am just one of those who have lost so much due to the fraudulent development and investment schemes plotted by Phil Suess, his wife Tina Walters, and their specialist con man partner, Al Schefske.
