Hi guys it’s been awhile.. (last post was about fucking arcane when the first timebomb music video came out) but I just wanted to talk about Spider-man: Miles Morales game when the newest PlayStation came out.

The ending where Phin and Miles were falling in the air and she said “I’m so sorry..” and Miles said “It’s okay” and then so on and so forth.

Some people were really angry at the ending when Phin just switched up immediately, which I agree it kind of made me pissed after I went through all of that. But reading into-between the lines more and replaying the damn game like 20+ times made me come up with a conclusion. (This is in my opinion btw, I cannot stress that enough)

I feel like the reason Phin immediately said sorry is because she realized that all of what she was doing was very, very wrong. And without the proper help/guidance, it was just her spiraling and going down a villainous path.

It’s obvious Miles wanted to help her, but they both did have different beliefs, hence why Phin kind of betrayed Miles a number of times (I know that’s probably not the correct wording but it’s close enough).

Getting back on track..🙂 Phin realized at the very last second what she was doing was wrong, and she definitely didn’t have time for the proper apology so she just said “I’m so sorry”

But also her death means a lot too because she saw that Miles had something to live for, he was a hero. And since her reputation was already tarnished to the point of no redemption she knew that sacrificing herself was the best apology she could give to him, Rio, and the rest of New York.

Idk that’s just my opinion.
