“Reading over these proposals will be the death of me... How exactly do I keep getting reelected?” Finn joked, taking a moment to highlight a few words on the paper he was reading. 

“Actually, you know what?” he asked, letting the marker drop. “This is a tomorrow problem. Let’s just relax... Maybe even go out to eat? I know a few places in Central Phoenix. It’s only an hour drive.”

ＶＡＬＤＥＳ luna moth : genderless : icarus

It’s hard to speak on the characteristics of an individual with a moth daemon, as nobody is entirely sure. They are innately enigmatic and share very little of themselves with others, much preferring to keep a closed book where at all possible. Befriending a moth is a notably difficult task, but if achieved they can prove to be valuable allies - they go unnoticed easily and trade in secrets, so are always on the lookout for fodder. Secrets are consummately safe with these individuals and they are generally extremely trustworthy, but once they have been told something they will remember it for as long as they need to - be assured that anything whispered to a moth will not be soon forgotten. Quiet and mysterious, it is very hard to break down the traits of a group of people who try so hard not to be seen.

Owls do not require much close study for understanding. In this case, daemonic stereotypes tend to ring true - intellectual and imposing, they are familiar sights alongside academics and professors and have a reputation for being a little stuck-up. Individual species have their own idiosyncrasies, and barn owls are notable for their sense of independence - they are loathe to rely on others and tend to prefer their own, solitary company. Not to say they aren’t friendly - they are engaging conversationalists (if perhaps a little boring) and are eager to share their knowledge, if a willing ear is nearby to listen. Resourceful and tenacious, owls tend to aim for the higher bounds of knowledge and are more than likely to get there.

Often unfairly looked down upon as untrustworthy and unscrupulous, rats are in fact generally empathetic, gentle individuals - not too fond of crowds, but perfectly content in a quiet, intimate setting with a few close friends. They are highly family-orientated and are happiest around their loved ones, preferring to spend time at home than do anything too strenuous. Individuals who settle as rats often do well in caring roles, such as nursing or social work -  warm and compassionate, they have a knack for saying the right thing at the right time. They can be quite highly-strung and perhaps rather neurotic, but they are intensely kind-hearted and will go to the ends of the earth for the people they love.
