sounds hard, but many people won't appreciate or be thankful for the extra stuff you put yourself into, and it's not worth it. You have to be firm and let them know the value of your work, and every extra has a price, or else you're not only giving that for free, but also your health and sanity. Easier said than done, but you can do it, don't be afraid!
