Born and raised in Manchester, England Phoebe is the only daughter of Eric and Maria Blake who were well known in their small town for being experienced and successful tattoo artists. She moved to New York City when she was accepted onto the show Ink Masters for their fourth season. She finished third, but was predicted to win the overall season until Phoebe had to return the UK last minute due to her father falling ill. During her time on the show, Phoebe ended up having an affair with married judge Toni. It wasn't until he ended the affair to work on his marriage that Phoebe realised she had fallen in love with him. She owns her own tattoo shop in Brooklyn called INK ANGELS, and often appears as a featured artist in Toni and Mac's shop.
