x She’s the owner of Witches Brew Wiccan Shop . x When Phoebe had just turned 21 she wanted to go all out when Sadie advised her against it. She knew that her best friend was trying to look out for her but she went against her wishes and all her friends wishes and went out by herself and drank the night away. She should have known better but she got behind the wheel and hit into a pole in front of the Sheriff. She begged him not to call her parents, he agreed in exchange for her to be an informant for him when ever he needed. She agreed and he let her go Scott free. x Phoebe always had a soft spot for homeless people and drunk people so she didn't take pity on them perse she liked to help them out whenever they needed. When she was in high school she was a candy striper and she would go around and talk to people, get to know them. Most of them were drunks and the homeless. The one person that she always spoke to was Phillip who was the town drunk, he reminded her of her grandfather so she always needed to help him. x she can be found on all social media accounts by the handle @reginaphalange. x People often describe him/her as positive Bubbly, Open Minded, Ambitious but also Narcissistic, Masochist, Bitchy. x When she’s not at work or with friends, she likes to Watch Disney Movies and Drink Moscato. x Her favorite person is her twin sister Phoenix
TO THE GRAVE --
Phoebe is not a the person that she was nine years ago, and to some that might be a good thing, but to Phoebe she is living her life in a blur. Why you might ask, well up till nine years ago Phoebe was a twin. Yes was, her twin sister Phoenix drastically died and the authorities ruled it an accident but Phoebe knew better. When the twins were 16 years old they decided that they wanted to be Wiccans, they got some of their friends to ageed to try it out with them. They did some small spells and that was enough for Phoebe but for Phenoix it wasn't enough she wanted more. It got to the point where Phoebe got scared and couldn't be around to see her twin go through all of that.
Because her sister didn't listen she put her foot down and told her they needed to stop. Her sister didn't like that and she called Phoebe a chicken. Like Marty Mcfly Phoebe didn't like it but she let it go. That was until her sister kept mocking her, it got to the point where Phoebe just wanted everything to stop, and she didn't think that stabbing her sister would kill her. Phoebe made it look like Phoenix had committed suicide but she knew the real truth. She was a murderer. She still is a practicing Wiccan but she uses Wicca to make herbal medicine for people who are sick.
