ship: audrey/phoebe
Who cooks:
Out of the two of them, Phoebe cooks the most, as she enjoys whipping up luxurious treats and decadent sweets. However the two find themselves often eating out or ordering take out from the nearby Chinese restaurant, as neither can resist the lure of its dumplings.
Who does the laundry and other chores:
Phoebe kicks Audrey out of the house every Saturday whilst she does the chores. In return for coming home to a sparkling house, Audrey does the week’s shopping, buys flowers for the mantlepiece, hall table, and dining room table, and picks up a few movies to watch that night and Sunday.
How many children do they have:
None. Neither have broached the idea of surrogacy and artificial insemination to the other yet, and are quite content in their child-free lives.
Who’s more dominate:
Though for the most part both are equally as domineering as the other, the scale tends to tilt slightly in Phoebe’s direction more often than not.
Favorite nonsexual activity:
Going to the local plant nursery. Audrey picks the flowers to plant and Phoebe picks the herbs and crops for that year. They spend the rest of the day planting them - Audrey handing Phoebe the plants and watering them at the end, and Phoebe (literally) does all the dirty work.
Their favorite place to be together:
At the bottom of the garden. They built a small pavilion and Audrey decorated it with strands and strands of fairy lights. In the summer the two can often be found there at night, a cup of tea in hand and soft jazz playing quietly from the speakers they attached to the wooden poles.
Any traditions:
Once a month, they spend a Friday night experimenting with pomegranates and the different kinds of dishes they can create with the fruit. Salads, drinks, desserts, main courses - there seems no end to the possibilities, and they foresee many pomegranate-filled Friday nights in their future. They might even bump it up to two times a month, soon.
Their “song”:
'She's A Lady' by Forever the Sickest Kids. Neither much liked or cared about the song, but someone jokingly suggested it as their song one day and it seemed to fit perfectly. Audrey sees it about Phoebe, and Phoebe sees it about Audrey and though it doesn't describe them perfectly, it is still their song.
What they do for each other on holidays:
Gifts happen almost upon waking up; they both sleepily hand one another their respective presents, and later indulge in a mid-to-late morning breakfast before spending the day in the city where they usually go to the foreign movie theatre before going out to dinner.
Where did they go for their honeymoon:
They’d planned on spending it in the Bahamas - at least, Audrey had -, but last minute her father surprised the two with tickets to Florence, so they spent a beautiful two weeks in the small city, taking the train to Milan a couple of times to see the fashion, and Da Vinici’s The Last Supper.
Where did they first meet:
They met at Mount Olympus High, but re-connected coincidentally a few years later at a coffee shop in Salem.
Any pets:
Audrey’s dog Callie, and a kitten that Phoebe (once again) rescued from the street. The kitten is a relatively new addition to the family, but a welcome one nonetheless.
What do they fight over:
The thing they fight over most is Audrey’s wandering eye. Though she can’t fathom herself ever cheating on Phoebe, she can’t help but check out other people, and it drives Phoebe mad. When this happens she often says spiteful things in a very calm manner and that in turn upsets Audrey, who doesn’t hesitate in making a scene, be it in public or at home. When they argue they will both ignore each other for several days, both equally stubborn, before wordlessly forgiving one another - usually in the form of one joining the other on the couch whilst watching America’s Next Top Model.
Do they go on vacations, if so where:
Their vacations usually take them to national parks and reserves in different parts of America, but they’re saving up for a big around-the-world trip next year or the year after.
