The Noble and the Most Ancient House of Black - Licorus Black's generation

Licorus Nigellus Black (1808 - 1872): eldest son and heir, naturally, the middle name is after his father. Licorus is a form of the name Lycorus. In Greek mythology, Lycorus was a son of the god Apollo. Nigellus is of Latin origin, meaning "champion", or "dark-haired".

Phoebe Prosperine Black (1810 - 1882): middle name after Prosperine ofc, Phoebe is an odd name for a family with constellation theme but Phoebe is also the name of a moon of Saturn that is described as being lamp black in colour. This loosely fits in with the Black family tradition of using celestial names for their children.

Alexia Concordia Walkin Black (1812 - 1900): Her mother's heiress. Her middle name is after her mother, and also she took Walkin as a name.. which is pretty obvious.

Eduardus Leto Limette Black (1820 - 1899): Eduardus is a Latin form of the name Edward, meaning "prosperous, blessed guard". Leto is of Greek origin, meaning "hidden", or "forgotten" which seems to fit well since Eduardus was disowned, hence "forgotten" by later members of the family.

Hesper Plaides Black (1820 - 1820): The name Hesper comes from the Greek Hesperos (Ἕσπερος), meaning "evening star" — typically referring to the planet Venus when it appears in the evening sky.

samuel didn't normally entertain the rage cage much. he wasn't really one to hide his strength and he was sure the damage he could give a room would be bad enough to actively get him fined. he didn't want to admit that he had rage issues per say, but his growing impatience from his lack of vengeance was making him grow a little restless. so he at least stalked the front desk, catching the eye of an employee who gave him the kind of vibe that just....unsettled him. in a good way he thinks. "i have a question for you my dear," he said with a smile, trying to analyze her body language as he spoke. "how much damage is...too much damage here?"

quando o seu lado desinibido começava a aparecer, sabia que estava com álcool suficiente no seu sistema ao ponto de não se importar tanto com o que pensariam. sophia, naquele momento, estava começando a chegar no estado onde não se importava se sua dança estava ridícula demais. ou se reparariam se ela estava falando palavrão demais ao se expressar. e se importava menos com aquele medo de encarar uma ou outra garota, já que a ideia de vincularem-na com um possível desejo por outra mulher soava absurdo demais - por mais que esse fosse de fato a realidade. com um olhar curioso e meio embaralhado encontrou a morena há pouca distância no salão. já havia a avistado em outras localidades, mas definitivamente aquela seria a primeira vez que teria coragem de contata-la. “ei, sabe de uma coisa? eu morreria por alguém que tivesse coragem de avisar o dj que ele precisa trocar o repertório. é a terceira vez que tá colocando essa mesma música”, disparou a falar, encarando o rosto alheio em busca de aprovação. “ah, aliás, me chamo sophia. desculpa, como já te vi por aí, às vezes parece até que nos conhecemos, o que não tem absolutamente nada a ver, eu sei.” meu deus, alguém me faz parar, a voz de dentro da sua cabeça começou a gritar.

Your writing specialty is definitely creating such complex, well-written reader characters that go above and beyond the norm! Every single story you have has a unique character at the forefront of it, and I can't even begin to say how refreshing and exciting that has been to experience while reading. PHOEBE.  Those are too many kind words in one damn place, and I ... thank you.  I don’t want to write the same thing over and over - and I don’t know why people would want to READ that either... so I don’t. No two people are the same, and so that’s why I try to change even the smallest things. I want to include people in my stories even if it’s not 100% possible to do so with a reader insert (we can’t all be force sensitive, or work for our parents, or live on a tiny little mountain resort) ... but I just try to do unique things with my writing to make the settings and characters interesting without losing the spirit of the story I’m trying to tell.  I’m so glad that my work has provided you with some excitement.
