What do you know about anoles? Care? Size of tank? Thanks!
Shoop!
That link is good for most things but I certainly would not keep a pair in a 10 gallon. A 20 gallon is best for a pair or trio!
Fire Bellied Newts- Is a 10 gallon acceptable? Will I need a chiller like you do for Axolotls or is the natural water temp of 65*F okay for them? What's the best way to build land-things for them? Thanks!!
10 gallon is perfectly acceptable for 1-3 newts!
If the water stays 60-74 then no need for a chiller. However, air temperature is also important so you want your entire room to be cool.
For my guy, and this is the simplest, I just threw a piece of cork bark in there. It floats and they can easily get on top of it. However, commercial "docks" are also useable! Some people even buy plastic shower caddys with suction cups and fill those with moss (I personally love the way they look). Whatever works!
Hi! I have a twenty gallon tall tank that I'm gathering ideas on how to stock it... I was thinking about a school of Cory Cats but I'd like to consider any and all possibilities (freshwater) Thank you!!
Hello! You could do plenty of things in there, but my personal recommendation would be to stick with South American species like...
6-15 neon tetras
6-15 glow light tetras
6-15 brass tetras
6-15 cardinal tetras
6-15 black neon tetras
6-15 penguin tetras
6-15 pristella tetras
6-10 lemon tetras
6-10 black tetras
6-10 red eye tetras
1-2 german blue rams
1-2 bolivian rams
3-6 swordtails
3-15 fancy guppys
3-10 platys
And lots more! As for non-south americans you can dooooo...
6-15 harlequin rasboras
6-10 golden barbs
6-15 red cherry barbs
6-10 tiger barbs
6-10 fire barbs
and probably a million other things!
If I put a Marimo in a mason jar (while it's little of course) do I need to poke holes in the lid for air or would the lid need to stay off? Thank you! :)
You don't have to do either. Marimo are fine with closed jars, and I actually recommend them so your marimo doesn't spill! Just make sure to take your marimo out of it's jar every once and I while.

Hiiiii ^^ it's been a while hahahha x3 how's life? Daniela doing well?
Haha heyy! :3 Yeah I haven’t been too active here since the Sewol accident, I feel like it would be rude just blogging about the idols while they have faced such tragedy… and also been ”busy” and then been recovering from sunday’s trip haha. That’s pretty much how life is.. getting a bit nervous about the doctor’s call on monday. Daniela’s probably doing well, haven’t been there properly now, but I’m going probably either today or tomorrow :3 and taking my friend with me to finally see Daniela :D I made a quick visit to the stable on sunday since we were in the neighbor, and that little pig (D) was rolling in her muddy paddock… surprise surprise (ノ๏◡๏)ノ lol How are you? And Izzy & Stroker? :>
phoenixrevives reblogged your post and added:
