so as to bring the universe up to speed in my water damaged iPhone chronicle. so I was invited to go to the local gay club by my friend so I was like for sure! and started my walk over there with just a simple raincoat (no umbrella). When I leave my place it is drizzling but it is at most a LIGHT rain. 5 minutes into my walk to her place it starts pouring, like I’m saying torrential raining. like my weather app was genuinely saying severe thunderstorm warning. I remain chill however like oh I have a raincoat and my phone is in the pocket it’ll be fine. IT WAS NOT FINE. If you own an anorak with one of those bitch ass front pouches do not trust your phone to be in there when it rains. As I’m walking I’m like dang lowkey it feels like there is a bubble in my jacket whats that about I reach my had in and it is literal puddle filled with water. I expeditiously take out my phone and whatever but the damage was done man. When I got to my friends apartment I put my phone in a bowl of lentils and tried to pretend that was chill but it was awful man. Like she still is not working and IDK what to do. :( thats me today

I had a wild dream last night

We were in a boat, like my grandads old boat

In some kind of river surrounded by jungle overgrowth? But there were other people there on boats

And suddenly our whole boat was snatched underwater by three (or four) muscly theives. We all floated to the surface but I looked underwater and I could see flashlights looking through our boat. I swam down to get my phone because I’m illogical and I wanted to call someone even though water damage?!

So some guy punched me in the face underwater? And I swam back up unphased like in a cartoon.

Some other stuff happened, I don’t remember. But when I woke up I panicked and checked my phone to see if my warranty covers water damage and theft and it does! Then I went back to sleep.

And that’s usually how I react to dreams anyway.

My phone fell into the recliner so I popped up the foot rest and it was in a bad place so the mechanism cracked it. If one more person says I should’ve had a case on it I’ll cry!! Because if you look where the most damage is!!! A case!! Wouldn’t!!! Help it!!!!!!

so my samsung galaxy s3

screen is green; like from my point of view everything is green. But if I send a screenshot of my phone and send it to someone, the picture (when they see it on their phone) is actually normal color. I think it has water damage because that little white square thing is a different color? Or something like that. Anyway, I was wondering if you guys think it'll be the same or cheaper to buy a new Samsung galaxy s3 (do you know where I can buy it without contract?)

If you think I should get it fixed, how much do you think it'll cost? I'm willing to spend 200 dollars to get it fixed (because its a bit cheaper than I guess actually buying a new one).

Fun Fact of the Day

It only took a moment but my phone now has pineapple, pizza sauce, and cat saliva crusted on it... I also fear getting it wet. Phones, water, and I don't get along. So the saliva stays! until I have to actually use the phone to talk to someone...then I may be in trouble.

Smells Like Home

Jessica: so my phone does not have water damage. the little stickers they put in them are not red. they arent even pink. but it smells like beer.

me: haha awesome. your phone has turned into a frat house.
