“Hey u-uh Ph-Phoenix I was uh– w-wondering i-if you wo-would like to w-watch–” Josh announced, coming into the living room holding a couple of movies in his hands but stopped once he saw Phoenix lying on the couch asleep.

Well, that wasn’t surprising to say the least, considering he had the night shift yesterday not to mention he stayed up nearly all day. Josh shook his head ‘Could’ve told me you were tired you dork.’ he thought to himself but he couldn’t help but smile. Typical Phoenix he figured, he put the movies on the counter. He walked to the hallway closet, then proceeded to opened the door and pulled out a light purple blanket. He closed it and immediately walked over and gently unfolded the blanket and covered Phoenix with it.

With that done he quietly went into his room, figuring he should read something to kill some time.

Josh tilted his head to the side looking over Phoenix’s shoulder and saw his old high school picture. “Oh, uh— y-yeah th-that’s me wh-when I was i-in High School.”
