what do you use to do your icons, if you don't mind me asking?
Well first, I use IBIS Paint X to make the yellow, blue, and red backgrounds
Then Background Eraser to make the characters background transparent (or find a transparent of the character)
Photo Layers to put them into one image
Cute Kawaii Stickers for the sparkles
And finally Photoshop Express for an added filter (I use filter "Charm 16")
