My husband and I have for sometime now been going through the things we own and getting rid of stuff we no longer have use for. Just recently we came home from my parents with a giant load of things from my childhood. It's not been easy going through some of the memories. Some things I've thrown out in anger and disgust and others I can't bare to part with. I've been thinking of doing a project on some of these items. Things that I want to preserve the memory of, but no longer have use for the physical item. When I was 5, I got really sick with pneumonia. The kind that you're hospitalized for. My grandma and sister gave me this rabbit when they came to see me in the hospital. I can remember how calm and safe I would feel when I would rub my nose against the rabbit's nose. (reason why his nose is so dark) Nights in the hospital of endless monitoring and being poked with needles; this guy was always by my side. I have no use for him now only the memory. #photographeralways #memories #thingswelove #life
