What if you could be a co-founder of RiteTag?
It’s 18 months in the making, and about to be re-made. We need 3 back-end engineers for our bootstrapped startup. If this is not for you, perhaps you might forward this post and/or connect me with the backend php person who you know – who should be in a startup with a hell of a future?
Spoiler: This doesn’t pay up front cash. (And yet, we’ll take on no new flakes.)
We are a bootstrapped startup. We work for what we own, and if you work out, you would share in that – as a partner. When the RiteTag site and several apps earn, you would earn as well.
RiteTag is in its third iteration but buggy. Still in prototype stage, we are not charging users, but intend to. We would like re-write the back end from scratch. This would allow us to show off the features we believe users would be most likely to pay for, let us customer test and then pitch for investors. With funding, we would all draw salaries (you too, naturally).
The concept: people know what they’re talking about but don’t know which hashtags are being actively and passively searched in Googleplus, Twitter and Facebook. Whether you have 10 followers or 100,000, a relevant and reaching hashtag can get your content seen by those interested in the topic – who are not already in your followers. RiteTag can help with this. It can also allow the user to test several tags over a span of time/updates – and our Stats show which tags got which desired actions (clicks on links, reshares, followers growth, comments, likes).

diligence and willingness to voice problems quickly, rather than allow them to fester. (You’ll find that we are pretty respectful and good about this ourselves. We keep meetings at set times and communicate well – even when we argue.)
Traits and Experience Desired:
hunger for success. We don’t want someone who comes with the attitude of “maybe I can help you guys. A bit. Sometimes. When priorities one through seventeen have been checked. We want someone who wants to make a name for themselves for the work they do, and are prominently credited (ask Saul what that entails) for.
