Oh yeah. Before anyone asks me. I do not write Phrolova as Scar's sister. Whether it was confirmed or not is up in the air, but I just don't see it. Never have, in fact.
What I do see, however, is her resemblance to Carlotta from Rinascita. So that is what I am going to do. It also adds a lot of angst to the 2.0 storyline when you think about it, doesn't it?
We know that Carlotta is the second daughter, but that implies she has or had an older sister. Phrolova has resemblance. That is my headcanon and my portrayal of her!
