Today i went shopping with my mom. I got on waitlist in the phycologist. They will call me to make an appointment. I had history class. Next week i will have a history exam.

So for context, a few years back my friend went to a phycologist's office and they made him paint his hand onto the wall because he 'graduated therapy' and that got me thinking. If he went back to therapy would they cover the hand he painted up?????

Phycologist part one because I am venting

Ι went t a phycologist today for my ADHD  (for which i tick every box exept hyper activity and ‘bad grades’) and basically what went down in that 1 hour that we simply talked was this:

her: how do you do at school

me: oh well i work really hard so i get very good grades like 19 or smth

her: ah 

me: but i have to dtudy a lot and super hard so that i can keep up with everyone else and i have kind of built a part of my self esteem on this, but i doze off at classes make a shit ton of spelling mistakes and so on

her: You should just study less
