There's no Phynaster content here (or, really anywhere for that matter).
Someone should change that and it might be me.
It is argued that among all major gods of the Snow Elves, Phynaster oversaw their day to day lives as a sort of “Elven Ideal”. From surviving records of birthing rituals and naming ceremonies to funerary artifacts, the trademark symmetry of Phynastic iconography is prominent.
The most famous of these pieces is an urn, depicting both the fall of the Mer from Aetherius, their rise to understanding as guided by a Phynastic icon, then, in the form of dust or ash, their final ascension to where they belong. While traces of ash was discovered in this urn, there is no indication that this was a final resting place for their dead. For this reason, scholars theorize the ashes of Falmeri dead were scattered to the winds, perhaps to emulate the ascension of Phynaster himself.
I love how the books referencing Phynaster just say "he taught the Elves to live for centuries by taking little steps" and do not elaborate on that whatsoever.
Like, this is not a thing you just throw out there as a bit of trivia, yet apparently if you work for the Imperial Library it is.
Meet the Phynaster (same name as the Hero-God of the Summerset Isles) (who also taught the Altmer how to naturally live another hundred years by taking shorter walking strides.)
Did You Know: The Empire forbade the worship of Magnus, Y'ffre, Sheor, and Phynaster? Although study of these figures was tolerated, and even encouraged, veneration was strictly illegal.

The Chalice of Phynaster, hero-god of the Altmer. With the concrete poured inside, it's easily five pounds
