If you’re a fan of ocean jasper, let me introduce you to banded carnelian from Madagascar. It’s also called sardonyx. This piece has the most groovy, 1970s folk rock patterns which reminds of the orbicular patterns and funky color combos of ocean jasper. I like interesting textures and patterns when I am working with my healing crystals. I find that if I can get lost in a good thumb groove, or a swirly labyrinth, I can drop into meditation and connection to the stone spirit.
