#afallatmak#i just bought some ready made breakfast shake meals high in protein and low in calories/sugar that should be coming in soon though..#which hopefully should help#like 20 grams of protein and only 8 grams of sugar for these lil breakfast shakes that are rlly high in fiber. gluten AND diry free?#would be nice to start my day off w/those..#maybe also hit the gym once im like#physically doing better#anxiety just fucks my stomach up SO bad it makes me very nauseous ):#8bit beeps#reply
