So....I just had a bit of Fridge Horror when it comes to King Piccolo.
We learn that people killed by a great evil like Piccolo Daimaoh don't go to the afterlife and instead get sent to Eldridge level limbo of dispair and pain.
The only thing that got Krillin, Chiaotzu, Master Roshi and the rest back were the dragon balls, not King Piccolo’s death.
.....so then what does that mean for Master Mutaito, his students and all of Piccolo Daimaoh's victims pre-Dragon Ball?
Are they still trapped there?!!
