This goes out to everyone that knows about the pickart-master plagerism situation.
I’m saying this from a place of expierence and empathy, the way that this entire thing way treated was cruel, innapropriate and disgraceful. I’m talking to the disgusting people that bullied the artist into DEACTIVATING.
It’s funny how tumblr claims that it’s just and kind to its community and is a place of good will. But how can you say that when this kind of shit takes place! This is utterly horrible on the way the users put hate on the artist that barely even plagerised the actual artist. Only some of the work was! Its referencing art!
Plagerism is when you steal the art with no edits whatsoever and claim it to be yours, when this artist did no such thing. They referenced the original artists works.
You think that just because this is the internet, you can talk people however you want!? Well I think you lack basic humanity and that what you did was wrong and I am disgusted and appalled at how this was treated.
